Winter Programme 2009/10

Our meetings are held in the Girls Brigade Hall, 19a Victoria Street Abredeen. The entrance to the hall is located a very short distance down a lane called Windsor Place off Victoria Street on the right hand side as indicated by the red arrow on the map.

These social meetings should be of interest to all our members. After the talk/slideshow etc, there is time to have a chat over a cup of coffee. This can be an opportunity to get to know other members and solve your horticultural problems by picking the brains of our more experienced "sages". We usually finish off with a little raffle which can be quite amusing. The donated prizes are always welcome and the money raised help our finances. (I particularly liked the ginger cake I once won [plug]).

Any suggestions for future topics for the meetings can be sent via the "Contact Us" page.

"Christmas is Coming" - By Rena Cross

An enjoyable night was had by all when Rena Cross demonstrated the art of Flower Arranging. The displays were delightful and were raffled off at the end of the night.

Below are some photographs taken on the evening.
